How do I file a claim?
Download the AVE Africa app, log in, and tap "File New Claim". You can also use a claim link sent by your insurer.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
How long does a claim take?
Processing time varies by insurer, but most claims move through assessment and repair within 7–14 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Submit a request through our Account Deletion page and we will process it within 30 days.
I haven't received my payout. What do I do?
Payouts are processed by your insurer after your claim is marked Completed. Contact us using the form and include your claim reference number.
